[DA] Positive co-operation between DSV and RAJA strengthens sustainability and efficiency

Sales Director Alexander Kaasa gives an insight into the collaboration with RAJA and highlights how the partnership has been crucial for DSV.

“The collaboration between RAJA and DSV began in the autumn of 2020 when we conducted a tender process to find a new packaging supplier. RAJA stood out in the process and we entered into an agreement in November 2020. RAJA was chosen because they showed a special commitment to understanding our store. They constantly challenge us and ask questions that make us think critically about our processes. This was one of the reasons why we chose RAJA, in addition to their competitive prices.

After three years, it is gratifying to see that the collaboration has developed positively. One of the reasons is the good dialogue between the right people at both DSV and RAJA. Another important factor is the efficient online tools from RAJA, which give us a good overview that we benefit from.

I would also like to emphasise the focus on environment and sustainability. This is important to DSV, and we place high demands on RAJA. They follow up on these requirements in a good way and also provide advice to our warehouse employees on how they can pack smarter and more environmentally friendly.”
