At RAJA Denmark, we follow closely when our colleagues around Europe represent the group at trade fairs and events. In early April, it was the turn of our Polish team to participate at Warsaw Pack 2025. This is one of the most important packaging trade fairs in Central and Eastern Europe – and a great platform to showcase sustainable solutions and make new business connections.
We subsequently spoke to our colleagues in Poland, and they reported a well-organised and well-attended fair where interest in green packaging solutions was higher than ever.



Focus on sustainability and partnerships
Before the fair, RAJA Poland had a clear strategy: they wanted to visualise the company’s the company’s organic range – with a special focus on Ranpak protection solutions and other eco-friendly alternatives. The goal was not only to create visibility, but also to find new partners and potential customers in the region.
And they succeeded in doing just that.
A highly attractive stand
RAJA’s stand attracted visitors of all sizes – from small companies sending a few parcels a day to large fulfilment players. The broad field of interest confirms that sustainability is no longer just a topic for the biggest players – it’s something everyone is thinking about in their shipping solutions.
Especially stretch paper, paper-fill in dispenser and the Ranpak machines aroused curiosity. Many stopped to see how the solutions could replace plastic and make the packaging process more efficient.

More than 200 new contacts – and lots of insights
One of the most tangible results from the fair was the more than 200 new leads that RAJA Poland is now following up on. But in addition to the concrete contacts, there were also valuable insights to be gained – including how important it is to stand out in a market where many now offer similar solutions.

RAJA Poland has already confirmed their participation at next year’s Warsaw Pack – and they plan to do even more to showcase machines and solutions in operation. At the same time, they point to quick follow-up on trade show contacts as one of the most important keys to maximising the value of their participation.
