Pallets are ideal for carrying larger loads and allow you to bind multiple loads into one unit for efficient transport and storage. Below we have compiled 5 key steps for optimal stability and safety during transport:
Pack products carefully in appropriate packaging and tightly sealed to ensure protection during transport.
Place the packages on the pallet to fit the pallet format and avoid stacking in “columns” to maintain stability.
Increase stability with interlayer paper and edge profiles to prevent load damage.
Use strapping and stretch film to bind the boxes to the pallet and protect against dust and dirt. Edge protectors prevent damage during strapping.
Apply address, delivery note and warning labels to properly identify and protect documents during transport.
