Robustpack paper tubes: rock solid!

Where other paper tubes are already at the peak of their load-bearing and strength capabilities – that’s where the new Robustpack square tube starts to show its strength! You can transport or store steel pipes, heavy wooden slats, iron pipes up to approx. one metre in length, etc. without any problems or damage.

By the word robust we mean something durable, strong and solid and that’s why we called our rectangular shipping tubes “Robustpack“. Thanks to their shape and material properties, these paper tubes are almost indestructible: they are truly rock-solid during transport and storage.

Paper tubes for storing heavy goods on a roll

When storing products without packaging, the storage rack does not provide sufficient protection against dust and dirt. In addition, if round tubes are stored in a racking system, their instability can cause them to shift spontaneously. If you remove one tube from a wobbly stack, the remaining paper tubes will start to roll out of the storage space. This brings with it considerable and recurring problems and chaos in archiving. In addition, when storing round items, you cannot ideally use the complete space of a square shelf.

When it comes to storage and archiving, products with edges are one of the very convenient and proven options. The advantage of ideal stability, extreme puncture resistance, high load capacity and effective protection when storing higher weight products is offered by the new Robustpack, which complements our paper tubes extensive Rajapack range. This square diameter tube is perfectly stackable and also provides effective protection for heavy and sensitive products during storage and shipping. It is made from 2 millimetre thick spiral wound cardboard, allowing the Robustpack to retain its shape even under heavy loads. Thanks to the white snap-on lid, the paper tubes can be opened and closed from both sides, eliminating the need to find the “top and bottom”.
