RAJAPACK changes to RAJA

The French RAJA Group, Europe’s leading distributor of packaging, packaging solutions and business equipment, has announced that its 15 European companies, formerly known as RAJAPACK, will now be unified under the RAJA brand.

From 1 September 2019, RAJAPACK will carry the RAJA brand.

The RAJA Group has been in the market for 65 years providing the highest quality in packaging materials and related services. The RAJA Group’s core pillars and values are to provide excellent customer service, focus on innovation and continuously improve the expertise of its employees. Thanks to them, RAJA has established itself as a leader in the markets in which it operates.

In 2018, the RAJA Group reported a turnover of €631 million, of which almost 50% was outside its home market of France. The company serves 420,000 customers in Europe from various business sectors.

European brand

Brand harmonization will make RAJA more easily identifiable to its customers across the European continent. “The RAJA brand symbolises a promise that guarantees its customers high quality products and services, we pride ourselves on a close relationship with our customers and the company is also committed to the environment,” says Danièle Kapel-Marcovici, CEO of the RAJA Group.

Czech Republic

The Czech Republic branch, which has been on the market since 2006, is also changing its name from the original RAJAPACK to RAJA. The company, based in Nupaki near Prague, employs 30 people and continues to expand.

Higher goals and a forward-looking outlook for 2019

In 2019, the Group aims to reach a turnover of €690 million,” said Danièle Kapel-Marcovici, CEO of the RAJA Group.
