Paper as a fixing filler is a cheap, versatile and fully recyclable medium that is 100% biodegradable together with the packaging.

Its application is very versatile: you can use it to fill cavities in boxes, as edge protection, to fix or separate individual products in your packages… Choose the size you need according to your needs: you can protect products of any weight and shape! There is no need for additional protective material such as foam fixings, cardboard liners or other expensive filling materials.

The paper fixing filler is manufactured by Padpak systems, which are available in different sizes:

• PadPak Compact:a compact benchtop model for the production of fixing filler for smaller and medium-sized boxes directly at the dispatcher’s workplace. The width of the optional one- or two-layer paper filler for processing is approx. 11 cm and is designed to protect smaller products.
• ThePadPak LCsystem : the mobile machine processes single-layer paper quickly and efficiently and offers effective protection, especially for lighter items.
• System PadPak Junior has four fully mobile castors, is easy to transport and is particularly recommended for space-constrained plants with a large number of packaging stations. With this machine, you can produce as much filler material as you need from two-ply paper – simply cut the paper to the desired length using the hand lever: anywhere, anytime.
• PadPak Senior system: designed for intensive production of two- and three-layer paper fixing filler for the protection of heavy products in boxes. It can be used vertically or horizontally or as an addition to a packing table. It is operated by foot pedal or remote control. Up to ten paper lengths can be stored in the machine’s memory. In addition, the desired protective fixing can be created in different production modes either continuously or in programmed lengths.

Depending on your needs, the paper for the production of paper fixation padding is available in single or multi-ply, in 50, 70 or 90 g/m2^, folded or in rolls. The great undeniable advantage of paper filler is that it retains its shape in the boxes for several months.
