Job description
- processing of complete accounting agenda – received invoices, issued invoices, bank, vúd
- work with electronic banking
- accounting of bank transactions, allocation of payments
- preparation and control of financial statements for statutory purposes
- processing of value added tax returns
- cooperation in the calculation of income tax
- preparation of documents for audit
- control of accrued expenses
- communication with suppliers and customers
- other accounting and administrative work as required
Required
- High school/university degree in economics
- Excellent knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
- knowledge of Czech accounting standards and working with MS Excel at a very good level
- minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position – a PREREQUISITE
- communicative knowledge of English language (other languages preferably e.g. NJ)
- good organizational and communication skills, experience in dealing with clients
- independence, reliability, ability to work hard, time flexibility
- sense of accuracy and detail
- knowledge of Navision accounting software an advantage
