Ideal containers for Inka pallets that fit like a glove!

2min read 06/06/2013

In the case of storage or intra-company transport, you are normally forced to use ties, stretch film, clamping strips or other fixing materials to secure the full container to the pallet. However, you can save yourself this effort today by using Inka pallets and a suitable cardboard container!

The rigid container made of five-layer corrugated cardboard fits optimally on the prepared Inka pallet thanks to its corner “feet” and easy plug-in assembly. The resulting unit is ideally stable and robust, even during frequent and demanding handling of the pallet, e.g. with forklift trucks, during long-term transport, etc. All this without the need for any additional fixation! It does not matter whether the container is completely filled (where the contents are automatically fully fixed) or only partially filled (where there is a risk of the goods shifting). Even under these conditions, the cardboard container remains perfectly fixed on the Inka pallet. Medium. The 5-ply cardboard with a thickness of 7 mm holds the entire container stably on the pallet. Thanks to the pallet, you can easily transport the complete load with the pallet truck. Another advantage besides the extremely practical handling is the easy loading of objects or boxes thanks to the wide front flap (only for the 1200x800x790 dimension). In addition, the entire container is coated with kraft paper for maximum protection of the complete package against moisture, climate changes and mechanical stress on the material.

Cardboard containers for Inka pallets are available in 2 common sizes 800x600x580 mm or 1200x800x790 mm and can be found from 1st March 2013 at Rajapack in the “Boxes and containers” range.
