1. What are the applications of Geami WrapPak?

What makes it so unique? The Geami Wrappak® uses not one but two packaging materials. Kraft paper is combined with tissue paper. The kraft paper is first perforated by the machine: the paper is perforated with a honeycomb pattern and then folded. The great advantage of this folding technique is that it is particularly shock absorbing. Tissue paper, on the other hand, has a soft surface that protects your products from scratches.

The two sheets of paper run through the machine simultaneously. Then you wrap them together around your product. Thanks to the combination of shock protection (= kraft paper) and scratch protection (= tissue paper), you can use the Geami WrapPak for a very wide range of products, regardless of the shape. Good to know: this type of paper protection is completely antistatic and is therefore also suitable for packaging electronic devices.

2. What are the benefits?

With Geami WrapPak®, your products and the environment are protected. The paper you put in the machine is all natural, reusable and recyclable. Finally, the paper is FSC certified and therefore comes from sustainably managed forests.

As mentioned, this device offers true 2-in-1 protection: perforated kraft paper protects against bumps, soft tissue paper protects against scratches. This combination is up to 60% more effective than, for example, traditional bubble wrap. In addition, this paper protection is very flexible, so you can easily adapt it to the shape of your product.

The combination of kraft paper and tissue paper creates a quirky, eco-friendly look that contributes to a positive unpacking experience. A great way to distinguish yourself from your competitors. • Save time by processing 2 protective materials in one move. You save even more time by choosing an electric model (see below). You can then prepare a large quantity of packages for shipping much faster.

• Save space: the roll of kraft paper only expands'after passing through the converter. The same roll of paper gives you much more cushioning than a roll of bubble wrap of the same diameter. Ideal for saving space in your storage area. In addition, these machines are very compact, allowing you to save as much space as possible on your packing table.

• Save on packing material as you don’t need any other protection in your crate. Finally, the honeycomb structure of kraft paper means that you don’t have to use tape. The honeycombs are self-adhesive and provide you with a strong protection.

3. How does this packaging system work?

To use the Geami WrapPak properly, you need a roll of kraft paper. You can also add a roll of tissue paper (but this is not mandatory). Place both in the system and start the machine. You will see that the kraft paper is perforated with a honeycomb pattern. Then place your product on the two sheets of paper, with the tissue paper always facing your product.

All that remains is to cut the two sheets to the desired length and wrap them tightly around your product. The honeycomb shapes of the kraft paper will automatically interlock and create a strong package. Place this creation in your shipping box or gift wrap and you’re done!
