Single-use plastics ban: how will it affect us?

Después de la entrada en vigor de la normativa sobre bolsas de plástico en comercios, el Gobierno y las instituciones europeas siguen dando pasos adelante para reducir el impacto que una generación excesiva de residuos tiene sobre el medio ambiente. La próxima medida será la prohibición de los plásticos de un solo uso, que derivará en la eliminación del mercado de platos, pajitas, cubiertos, vasos y tazas de este tipo a partir de enero de 2020.

  • The implementation of specific labelling to warn about the environmental impact of non-biodegradable products such as sanitary towels or sanitary towels.
  • The withdrawal of lightweight oxo-degradable plastic bags from the market, requiring their replacement by compostable materials from January 2020.

  • Imposition of labelling rules to inform consumers about the presence of polluting plastics in, for example, sanitary towels, sanitary towels or balloons.
