1. how to protect your products with the WrapPak® machine?

In this case, the kraft paper pieces created by the WrapPak® machine act as a barrier between the product and the box.

► WrapPak® as protection for your products

This type of protection is ideal for very delicate products. It separates and protects different products at the same time, the small cushions that are created between the two layers of kraft paper secure your goods during transport.

► WrapPak® as thermal insulation

The cushion created between the two layers of kraft paper helps to maintain the temperature inside a box, whether you want to keep it cool or at room temperature.

► WrapPak® as product blocking and reinforcement

For optimal protection, kraft paper can be used to restrict movement and prevent the product from shifting by filling the void in the box.

The WrapPak® machine allows several modes to be set on its touch screen: length of the filler piece, the exact quantity and even the frequency of removal, but it also has a foot pedal to remove the pieces manually.

2. how does the WrapPak® machine work?

WrapPak® takes 2 separate layers of kraft paper and inserts them into the converter, joins the edges by perforating and creasing them and finally converts them into a piece of padded kraft paper. The result is a piece of paper that can be used as a product protector, ideal for warehouses with varied stock and that require different types of protection for their shipments.

Paper padding is ideal for protecting packages. Paper by nature is a good shock absorber that reduces impact. It has excellent insulating properties thanks to the air that remains between its layers, plus it is malleable and can be adapted to any box and product.
