Gaëlle Dauger est arrivée il y a 10 ans en tant que chargée de communication chez Easyparapharmacie – “J’envoyais les premières newsletters et nous préparions nos premiers colis sur 2 tréteaux et une porte !” se rappelle-t-elle. Il y a 2 ans, elle a été nommée Directrice Générale d’une entreprise qui envoie désormais plusieurs milliers de colis jours.

The little things make the difference

when you adopt the box business model pioneered by My Little Paris, it is unthinkable to send a banal brown cardboard box. But at Le Closet, they don’t just personalise the inside of the cardboard box. The gift – because that’s how it should be perceived by the customer – is completed with tissue paper, personalised labels and a handwritten note .“Originally the note was handwritten, but unfortunately it was impossible to keep the process manual when we send hundreds of parcels a day,” admits Ralph Mansour

The packaging is more and more elaborate at Le Closet. We have had about ten different packaging designs to get to this point. We test, we call customers directly to listen to their feedback. The beautiful box has a very positive and measurable impact on our customers’ loyalty!

We bought too many washing machines of an expensive model that did not correspond to our capacity at the time. Ecoutez vos client(e)s et le marché

Repensez régulièrement votre emballage. Les tendances évoluent et ce qui était acceptables il y a deux ans ne l’est peut-être plus aujourd’hui.

La personnalisation des caisses et boites d’expédition est une vraie tendance de fond par exemple. Si vous souhaitez tester la réaction de vos clients, commencez par une étiquette et/ou un adhésif personnalisé qui ne nécessitent pas un grand investissement.
