Caterpillar as a brand is a premium product, so those who choose to shop with us choose from the top shelf. This places high expectations on our deliveries and that we don’t just deliver a product but the whole network around it. We are a supplier of construction machinery and marine engines, but when we sell, we sell ourselves as a company. Everyone is equally important: our employees, our customers and all our partners.

We think RAJA has a good network around it, so when we have an idea, RAJA is very quick to use its network to fulfil our wishes. We have an open dialogue, so we can spar along the way. Then we get good input, feedback and a proposed solution that we test and see if it works. Some proposals are shelved, but what I like so much about the collaboration is that we discuss what works for us. We also get competitive prices.

We order via the website, previously we ordered by phone, but we are very happy that we have moved to the web. It means that the team leaders in the warehouse can place orders, and then the orders are authorised by me. RAJA’s web solution is very practical and user-friendly. At the same time, I also appreciate that we can have the dialogue outside. 99 per cent of the orders are placed directly online, but if there is something urgent, we take the time to discuss it.
