[ES] Jyoko: the packaging of a children’s clothing brand [RAJA® Clients].

A small room full of fabrics, with sewing machines whirring and a young mother with a clear vision: to create textile products that combine practicality and style for the little ones. This is how Ángela Sarmiento founded Jyoko eight years ago.

Jyoko is a Spanish brand dedicated to the manufacture and sale of textile products in the baby line with covers, mats and accessories for car seats and prams, baby’s first clothes, cooties, sleeping bags among other products and also accessories such as toiletry bags, handbags, maternity cases and travel cases.

Currently, they dispatch between 400 and 500 orders a day from their warehouse in Barcelona, and their aim is that each of their customers receive their products quickly, efficiently, safely and sustainably. Let’s see how they do it!

What role does packaging play in Jyoko’s logistics strategy? And what aspects are most relevant?

Packaging plays a key role as it is what allows the product to arrive in optimal conditions, making the customer’s satisfaction and experience equally good whether they are in Spain or Australia.

What was the reason for starting to work with RAJA®?

The reasons that led us to start working with RAJA® are the wide catalogue, the agility in sending quotations, the speed in dispatching orders. We really like the recycled materials policy as it ties in with our brand’s commitment to sustainable production.

What has RAJA®brought to your company and what do you value most about your current and future relationship with us?

RAJA® has allowed us to adapt to customer needs and market demand and we value the excellent communication and trust that has been built up over the years.
