RAJA Italy is looking for an Inside Sales who, in synergy with the Key Account Manager in the territory, will accompany the customer in choosing the best solution.
The Inside Sales Developer RAJA is responsible for:
- Analysing portfolios in order to ensure the correct business progression of assigned customers, verifying the historical trend of each customer
- Timely compilation and control of customer master data on all tools in use (SF, BC 365…)
- Entering orders and managing requests from active customers in close collaboration with the Team Sales Representative
- Managing after-sales requests and needs via the Service Cloud tool
- Managing credit/administrative issues in relation with Finance Department
- Managing and filing documentation and contracts
- Training in line with the role.
- Sales training for knowledge of sales logic and techniques appreciated
- Experience, even brief, in the role or in roles related to direct contact with the customer network
