What is Geami WrapPak?

In 2015 we added the Geami WrapPak to our range of packaging machines. This machine generates filler packaging that intertwines kraft paper and tissue paper to achieve both good product protection and an eye-catching presentation. The kraft paper is perforated by the machine by die-cutting a kind of honeycomb pattern. As a mono-material packaging, you are contributing to the care of the environment.

How does Geami WrapPak work?

To avoid scratching the wrapped product, it is recommended that you use a roll of kraft paper when using Geami® WrapPak:

1. After placing one or both rolls of paper, insert their beginnings into the appropriate slots of the device.
2. Once the die-cut paper mesh has been removed, you can arrange the item you wish to wrap with the tissue paper always facing towards it.
3. Then all you have to do is cut the paper to the desired dimensions and wrap the product in such a way that the honeycomb structure will automatically interlock, resulting in a sturdy package to be placed in the shipping box as is.

This device was awarded a Packaging Oscar in 2015 at the event organised every year by the French publishing group Infopro Digital. Geami WrapPak was recognised as the darling of the editorial team of Emballages MagazineIts anti-shock padding is 100% natural, reusable and recyclable. It consists of a pre-cut paper with a 3D honeycomb structure (honeycomb cells). These honeycombs are inclined and interlock with each other, creating a protective layer that absorbs impact.
