The new rules (e.g. regarding customs duties) extend not only to online shops and mail order wholesalers, but also to private shipments, carried by courier to the UK. Sending a parcel to the UK by Polish Post requires a few steps. First, go to the Pocztex website (pocztex.pl), selecting the UK as the shipping country in the appropriate form.
