RAJA Italia, the Italian unit of the French multinational group Raja, leader in the distribution of the Packaging and Office sectors, is looking for a Key Account | Piedmont for its Sales Team to manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio and identify new business opportunities within its area of competence.


The Key Account Manager RAJA is responsible for:
- Analysing the assigned customer portfolio in order to identify potential and establish an action plan and target for each customer;
- Qualifying prospect contacts through telephone contacts and visits to identify their potential and needs;
- Research and develop contacts with realities in line with the company’s acquisition strategy through collaboration with the Marketing Team, social selling tools and participation in trade fairs
- Promote and develop strategic solutions from customer needs related to RAJA’s entire offering: customised packaging, machines and systems, procurement solutions and bespoke services;
- Use Salesforce to track the development of the Customer relationship: entering contacts, recording visits, opportunities and current offers;
- Work closely with the assigned internal Sales Consultant to draft offers and handle customer enquiries.

- Training in line with the role;
- Knowledge of sales logic and techniques;
- Several years’ experience (3/5 years) in the role of Key Account/Sales Manager;
- Residence in the vicinity of the area of competence;
- Experience in B2B distribution companies.
The Key Account Manager RAJA:
- Has an excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- Has excellent knowledge of multi-channel sales tools;
- Has knowledge of Navision, Salesforce, Power BI;
- Has a good knowledge of English and/or French;
- Is predisposed to working in a team;
- Has excellent negotiation, communication and listening skills;
- Is goal-oriented.
