The European idea: A cardboard box travels through Europe

2min read 14/06/2016
For us as a company with branches in 18 European countries, the European idea and togetherness is quite simply a matter of course. Of course there are differences, sometimes even misunderstandings. But there is also a lot to learn: often you don’t have to “reinvent the wheel”. Many things can be adopted from one another, with slight, country-specific adaptations. What works well in France, Spain and Italy does not necessarily have to work well in Germany, Denmark and Sweden.

For more than 1,000,000 customers across Europe, we work hand in hand in all our branches. And we have illustrated this for you in our RajaMood film.

Admittedly: The film was made on the occasion of our annual conference at the beginning of the year. The idea behind it: Each branch fills the Raja box with an object that symbolises its daily work. No surprise then that a whole lot of packaging catalogues ended up in the box. Within the Raja Group, customers have our “reference book” the catalogue in their respective national language on their desk, of course.

The tote bag in various designs was also very popular, especially with the female colleagues in the south of Europe. Women and bags – it has simply always been a topic 🙂

While Belgium presented its special role in warehouse logistics within the group with the high-visibility waistcoat, many branches resorted to headsets and adhesive tape. Of course, bubble wrap and office supplies also ended up in the globetrotter box several times, Flo-Pak and stretch film were played with and L’Equipier, our expert for hygiene products, opted for cleaning products.

Thanks to the colleagues in the UK who reach for the dictionary for better understanding. 🙂
