PadPak® Guardian is a new member of the PadPak® family, which like the other machines is specialised in the production of paper fillings. The paper filler is perfect for filling the empty space in your packages, so you can be sure that your products won’t lie around shaking in the box during transport. Compared to many of the other machines from RanPak, this is a high output packing machine, so it’s perfect for a business where a lot of packs are packed on a daily basis.

Guardian machine
The machine produces up to 72 metres of paper filling per minute
a minute. This means that it is very suitable for a company that sends out many packages per day. The machine is best suited for companies that make 1000 to 1500 packages a day.
The machine is easy and user friendly, for example it only takes 30 seconds to insert the paper into the machine. You also have the option to set the desired working height yourself. The machine, is equipped with a magnetic touch screen that makes it easy to set the machine as needed. The magnetic feature also makes the screen removable, allowing you to work a little remotely.

The paper for the Guardian machine
The machine produces the packet filling using some special paper that fits the machine. You can choose between 1-ply and 2-ply paper in recycled paper and/or kraft paper. This means 4 different types of paper, so you can choose the quality that suits your packages.
Paper filling is a good and environmentally friendly alternative to other types of parcel filling. This is partly due to how recyclable paper is compared to packing material made of plastic. In addition, you can also choose to use recycled paper here, which provides an additional environmentally friendly result.
The width of the paper after going through the machine is between 16 and 18.5 cm. If you are sending very fragile parcels, we suggest using the paper that is 2-ply with a mix of kraft paper and recycled paper. This is the toughest paper pad, so you’re more confident that the package’s contents will arrive safely.
