The world of packaging may appear a little grey at first glance, but it all depends on the lens through which you view it.

The contemporary art collection RAJAArt translates RAJAPACK packaging into creativity and originality.

The RAJAArt exhibition opened at the RAJA Group’s European headquarters in Paris on 7 November 2016.

It brings together a hundred works that reveal the hidden side of packaging, its beauty, its artistic side.
The collection winds its way through the corridors of the company. Customers like Jérôme Burel said: ‘I really appreciate discovering art within the company. It is not something you see every day. It leads you to open up to the world and embrace new ideas’.

The works are intended to unite all employees around the core values of the RAJA Group: creativity, solidarity and social commitment. The staging is worthy of a museum. Particular attention was paid to the spatial arrangement, lighting and explanations accompanying the route.

“Art helps to stimulate the spirit. it is an opening to the world that develops the ability to dream. It invites exchanges, reflection and emotion,’ said Danièle Kapel Marcovici, President of the Group.

The RAJA Group’s role as promoter of art has attracted the attention not only of customers, collaborators and the press, but also that of the authorities. The French Ministry of Culture and Communication awarded the RAJA Group the patron of culture prize ‘A project, a patron’ in the ‘Visual Arts’ category.

Without doubt, the RAJA ART collection has revolutionised the contemporary art scene in France.

This is not the first time that the RAJA Group has supported culture. Danièle Kapel-Marcovici, promoter of the Foundation that bears her name, created a fund in 2010 for the development of contemporary sculpture by opening in Provence Villa Datriswhere the works of renowned sculptors can be enjoyed free of charge by all, alongside those of lesser-known names that Kapel has trusted.
The exhibition in Paris is also, of course, available to everyone free of charge.

In case you cannot go there in person, here is the site where you can virtually look at many of the works!
