The RAJA ‘Optimal Guarantee’: what it is and why it pays off

Do you want to be even more protected about your purchases?
Have you changed your mind at the last minute or are you not 100% satisfied with a product?

No problem! There is the RAJA optimal guarantee!

What is the optimal guarantee?

It is an ancillary service that grants the customer the right to return purchased goods.

What is the difference to a standard guarantee?

With the optimal guarantee you can return the goods to us, even without a justified reason, within 60 days after the purchase (a good 46 days longer than the right of withdrawal) and the costs are all borne by RAJA!

We will take care of the collection, exchange and subsequent return of the products you have purchased.

How can you make use of the optimal guarantee?

Just let us know when you place your order. The cost of the service is calculated on the basis of 1.5% of the total amount of the products ordered (excluding VAT); this percentage can vary from a minimum of 1€ to a maximum of 3€.

Remember: The product you intend to return must be intact and in its original packaging.

Which products are not covered by the optimal guarantee?

Kits, machinery and packaging systems, customised and made-to-measure products, and handling equipment are excluded.

The importance of ‘acceptance with reservation’

What does ‘acceptance with reservation’ mean? That you reserve the right to check the integrity of the goods you have received and, in the event of damage caused by transport, you can claim against the courier who will be liable for it.

If you do not accept the goods by signing with reservation, we are entitled not to apply the guarantee even if the products are not in perfect condition.

Why is it important to accept with reservation?
It is easier and faster to resolve disputes due to breakage during transport.

Other possible scenarios

Factory defect

It is possible that the product has defects that were not easily recognisable at the time of purchase.
In this case you can notify us within 8 days of discovering the defect: you can exercise your right within 1 year of delivery of the product.
