How to wrap a gift in paper?
The traditional method, wrapping paper, can be used to wrap gifts. This may not be the easiest method, especially when you need to wrap something that isn’t a rectangle or square, but this is when you can let your imagination run wild and get creative with irregularly shaped packaging. Lately, even really minimalist gift wrapping in grey paper has been on trend. This can be wrapped with plain jute twine, a cardboard card and a natural decoration such as a dried orange slice, a spruce or fir branch and a pinecone. It’s simple packaging, but very tasteful and really ecological.
Of course, you can also use slightly more decorative paper. The RAJA shop offers several types of wrapping paper, e.g. paper with typical Christmas patterns, paper for wrapping children’s presents, two-colour paper on both sides, paper with a ribbed texture, glossy paper, matt paper, coated paper, patterned paper and plain paper, as well as colourful and transparent metallized foil.
How about a decorative paper bag?
The simplest way to wrap is, of course, the traditional gift bag. It guarantees quick gift wrapping, yet with a very good visual effect. If someone has a problem with wrapping gifts in paper or coming up with other types of packaging, the paper bag will be a good solution. Just put the gift in the bag, perhaps tie the handles with a ribbon, attach a card and you’re done. The gift bags available in the RAJA shop are made of kraft paper, they can be smooth or striped, cardboard or foil, glossy or matt, transparent, metallized, with a window, with different types of handles.
How to wrap a gift of wine or other alcohol?
Alcohol is most often given as a business gift, but also as a private gift, usually wine or whisky or cognac. Such a bottle of alcohol must also be elegantly packaged. Wine packaging is not only elegant, it also has a protective function – it is very robust and protects the contents from breakage.
Something to decorate and protect the gift will also come in handy
It is also worth decorating every gift at least a little or protecting it in case of shipping with an effective parcel filler, i.e. tissue paper or the eco-friendly SizzlePak filler. The tissue paper adds subtlety to the gift, it seems more special. RAJA offers 2 types of plain tissue paper – in sheets and pressed. The former comes in 3 colours – natural, white and gold – and the latter in several colours to choose from. The tissue paper is very durable and flexible, so it not only decorates, but also protects gifts from scratches and damage. For decoration, you can also use SizzlePak, which is an ecofiller made in zigzag paper fibres that are crush-resistant. It is available in several colour versions.
Decorations in the form of ribbons, strings and stars are also useful for packaging. These decorate the gift. It is important to choose the decorations according to the type of packaging. For gifts wrapped in boxes or decorative paper, you can add a ribbon or string or attach a star, and for those wrapped in bags, you can only attach a card. In the RAJA shop you can find decorative ribbons , ribbons and raffia, among others: satin ribbons, shiny ribbons, metallized ribbons, paper ribbons, double-sided ribbons, natural ribbons, raffia effect ribbons, natural raffia, decorative strings and stars.
