Packaging machines, equipment and tools for e-commerce.
The use of wrapping systems significantly speeds up the process of packing parcels, so it is a more economical solution than manually filling parcels with filler.
RAJA, which is a leader in the European packaging market, helps businesses to improve productivity and reduce shipping costs with professional packaging systems. Parcel packaging machines allow the correct amount of filler to be prepared quickly and easily.
Why use automatic packaging machines?
The prerequisite for the parcel to reach the addressee intact is that it is properly protected. Various types of parcel fillers are used for this purpose. They protect the contents of the parcel to varying degrees and in some cases a great deal of them must be used. Modern and efficient packaging machines, on the other hand, make it possible to produce the filler and package quickly, which saves time and money. The best solution is to equip your shop with a special system to produce the fillers yourself.
Air fillers and bubble wrap are most commonly used to fill empty spaces in parcels. They protect the goods from shaking and shifting during transport. An online shop equipped with a packing system has a more efficient, economical and environmentally friendly packing process.
Packaging systems
RAJA offers 2 types of packaging systems – a paper filler system and an air filler system.
Paper is one of the most environmentally friendly fillers and it is an excellent product protection. Crushed paper or machine-made paper mats are used as a filler. Thinner paper is suitable for stabilising lightweight and not too fragile products, while coarsely compressed paper mats are used to secure large and heavy goods, especially those with sharp edges.
The shop offers the following packaging equipment: FillPak M, PadPak Compact, WrapPak Protector, Geami WrapPak handheld, RanPak Guardian, PadPak LC2, FillPak TT, FillPak TT Cutter, PadPak Senio, PadPak Junior and FillPak SL and matching paper.
The airfill production system is the most efficient and practical solution on the market. They are devices that produce air cushions and mats with small or large bubbles. They start up and heat up very quickly, so that such a packaging system is ready for use in a few moments. They are compact and quiet, so they can be easily integrated into any packing station. They are programmed via Bluetooth. Additional accessories are available on request (pedals, container, extendable roller stabiliser, maintenance kit). RAJA also offers consumables.
Such equipment allows the production of customised fillers. In this way, storage space can be optimised – the consumable is 1% of the air-filled cushions and mats. And such fillers are an environmentally friendly way of protecting products during transport – they are made of heavy-duty film. Businesses do not have to buy the machine, but can lease it, so they do not have to make any additional investments. The RAJA also offers an after-sales service. Such packaging systems are ideal for large shops.
The following types of Fill Teck machines are available from RAJA: Fill Teck 400, Fill-Air Rocket, New Air I B Flex, NewAir IN Nano, Air First and the corresponding films for them.

cardboard packages and products. It is very efficient – it saves up to 75% of time compared to manual wrapping, as the process of wrapping one package takes about 15 seconds. A manual and automatic version is available, as well as a semi-automatic version. Adhesive tape applicators and film holders are also available.
