Moving boxes for 218,000 people per year

According to the Czech Statistical Office, approximately 218,000 people move to the Czech Republic every year*. Of this number, the majority of people moving are women. Moving is always a great opportunity for sorting out a number of things and cleaning up thoroughly, because we basically only want to move what we really need. At least that’s the theory.

Whether you’re moving a home or a business, not only timing and a few helpers (or a moving company) are important considerations, but also quality packing. Of course, classic moving boxes are perfect for packing and transporting. It is worth using moving boxes in particular, as they are not only quick to assemble and can be reused, but they also have a high load capacity and also have die-cut handles for easy handling of a full box.

You’ll find the right size for every application. It doesn’t matter if you want to move files, folders, binders, catalogs or personal items from your desk. Not only can you find moving boxes on the market made of three-layer cardboard, which can hold items up to 20 kg, but also five-layer cartons with a load capacity of up to 40 kg. You can also choose between flap packs, which you close with the help of duct tape, or cross-flap packs with sliding slats, which allow you to close the carton without using adhesive tape. This type of moving box is just as quick to close as it is to reopen when unpacking. When choosing boxes, pay attention to the outer layer. In many cases, the sellers do not provide any information about it or give different (unspecified) numbers. Choose cartons that have a kraft paper covering.

Do you also want to move various bottles, plates, glasses and other utensils? Then use special cardboard grids to separate the items in the container, preventing direct contact and subsequent damage. This will save you the cost and time of wrapping each item separately and keep everything safely packed in the moving box.
