Banding like on a treadmill

Black, blue, yellow, white – when you think of packaging, you probably think of coloured wrapping paper or brightly coloured tissue paper. But appearances are deceiving: a sealing aid such as tape for taping can also – apart from its own function – have a colourful aspect!

RAJASTRAP strapping tapes are available in four colours for clear colour differentiation of loads or boxes during the strapping process itself. Compared to PET or steel tapes, different colours are possible with PP tapes. In addition to the standard black, you can choose a colour that matches your company colours or even have your logo printed on the tape. This makes it quick and easy to mark not only entire pallets of your goods, but also individual packages. Whether in the warehouse, during transport or shipping – the tapes bind, fix and also colour-code your shipments. Under certain conditions, coloured tapes can even fulfil the legal obligation to mark special types of goods. In addition, with an individual logo tape, you can check that the package has not been opened by unauthorised persons during transport or storage. The tape thus serves as a seal and protects against theft and other unwanted tampering. Everything then arrives safely to the recipient!

In addition to the colour, the surface of this tape is also characterised by a special texture: the embossing on the surface resembles a “wafer”. This allows for easy processing, as the tape easily bends and adapts to the shape of the packaging – it is therefore also gentler on the surface.

Due to these properties, PP tape is suitable for both manual and machine processing, from strapping 50 to 100 packages per day (depending on the performance of the strapping machine or strapping machine). Professional strapping accessories such as unwinders, closers, staples, but also entire strapping machines make it easier to use and wrapping in general – and then the colour of the tape is secondary.
