Polystyrene chips flopak for filling and fixing

Would you like to securely fix your products, absorb shock and at the same time fill empty spaces in boxes? The small but handy flopak polystyrene bodies, called chips, are perfect for this.

Choose from 3 variants : flo-pak® Standard, Super Green or Natural. Their low self-weight and dimensional stability make them the ideal filling material for filling empty spaces in boxes and at the same time the perfect impact protection. The first two variants are 100% recyclable, chlorine and dust free and reusable. The “open eight” also provides cost savings as there is only minimal compression when pressure is applied, minimising the amount of filler needed.

The “full figure of eight” makes the Super Green variant even stronger and more suitable for fixing heavy products. In addition, it does not release toxic substances even during composting and completely decomposes within 9-60 months. Flo-pak Natural is completely natural, based on corn starch and is completely biodegradable, even in seconds, if it comes into contact with water or is buried in the ground. Corn – that sounds fir. And yes, this filler material could also be ingested. Maybe you’ve tried one of these little chips… Unfortunately (or fortunately) it doesn’t have the paprika flavor or bacon taste that we know from regular “chips”… If you do happen to taste it, you will find that its taste is rather neutral. There are no other side effects…
