Since mid-July, we have been offering our customers expert advice via the Rajapack live online chat, which has been widely used by customers since the first day after its launch. Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger, for example, are increasingly used in private communication and this trend of real-time written conversation is also gaining popularity in the professional sphere.

What are the benefits of online chat?

Spustit live chat RajapackThe biggest advantages are short waiting times, zero costs for the customer and simplicity. With live online chat, we are able to answer customer questions faster and more efficiently. The chat combines the advantages of email with a personal conversation over the phone: the customer is in contact with an expert advisor within seconds and thus does not have to check the inbox of their email waiting for an answer. In addition, communication via chat provides additional discretion in a large “open space” office as opposed to the telephone.

Through online chat, customers ask us questions even when making a small purchase that they wouldn’t call or email about. We answer all – and according to some customers “minor ambiguities”- in just a few minutes or during the conversation we also attach illustrations or web links that make communication easier in many cases.

Success speaks for itself

In the first few months we have already conducted over 580 online conversations. Questions about products, delivery, ordering samples, help with logging in to the shop, etc. are asked in equal proportions by existing and new customers.

We want to offer our clients the exact advice route that suits their particular question. Of course, online chat will not replace the telephone or e-mail, but thanks to the fact that we belong to the Internet superpower in terms of usage and can, according to E15.cz, even measure up to such giants as Germany or Great Britain in this area – online chat is the right “Czech” communication channel.

And to end this article in the spirit of chatting as stylishly as possible, we will end it with a wink 😉 or a smile:-)…
