Rajapack certified according to ISO 9001 and 14001

There is always room for improvement! This is how the quality-oriented motto that also guides Rajapack could be summed up. That is why we have been certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, which are the world’s most widespread and important quality management and environmental policy standards.

What does ISO 9001 mean?

The quality management system ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2009 requires not only compliance with the demanding requirements of the standard, but also adherence to established rules that guarantee the unchanging quality of the services provided to customers.

The standard therefore does not only deal with the quality of our products, but also analyses and optimises all processes in the company in detail. This of course entails additional effort and costs, but ultimately benefits everyone involved and especially our customers: Client service follows given and best practices and preventive measures are put in place to eliminate undesirable situations, performance or reduced service standards. All of this is done to increase customer satisfaction and trust in our company.

Why is ISO 14001 also important to us?

In addition to ISO 9001, we are also certified according to the ISO 14001 environmental management system, the main objective of which is to promote the environment in accordance with economic and social conditions and applicable legislation. In order to ensure a lasting positive impact on the ecology, its protection and the reduction of the burden on the environment, all company processes are constantly reviewed and continuously improved.

What has been certified at Rajapack?

Our certification was carried out by independent auditors TÜV Rheinland Česká republika s.r.o., which took the following aspects into account when conducting the audit:

The team of auditors confirmed with this certification that we meet the requirements within the two standards mentioned above, which confirm our efficient and effective system for the implementation of objectives, services, quality and environmental protection. This award is of great importance to us as it transparently demonstrates the joint efforts of all our employees to provide better service to our customers and proves our high level of quality.
