Laser War Day

Thursday, August 31, 2017, will forever go down in history as Laser War Day in Rajapaksa. Teams of blue and orange faced each other on the battlefield, determined to find out who was the best gunslinger in the business.

But let’s go back in history, to the very beginning of this great battle. Like all wars, this one began at the table. Specifically, in the boardroom, where a new, artistically ornate catalogue was unveiled. Each gunsmith wanted to get it for himself and uncover all its secrets so that he could provide his clients with the best and most suitable packaging.

The search for a peaceful solution

The combative mood escalated with the level of information that was provided to the dealers, so for safety reasons, everyone moved into the arena called the Mercuria Laser Game. Here, armed with laser guns and protected by special vests, they all competed in a fierce battle for their own catalogue. The frantic battle lasted for several hours until the exhausted parties agreed to a truce, which they negotiated over a cold drink and a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant. It was agreed that not only would all gunners receive their own catalog, but it would also be mailed to anyone who expressed an interest. Either in print or online.
