Choose quality

Proper packaging is important for your parcel to arrive intact. A parcel is often reloaded several times before it reaches the recipient, so the packaging must be solid.

Inside the box, the goods must be wrapped in shock-absorbent filling material on all edges. Filling up empty space will make the goods lie firmly and well in the box. There are many alternatives to choose from here, such as paper, bubble wrap or packing chips.

It is also important to choose the right packaging for the weight of your goods. If you are sending heavy goods, they should be packed in rigid and solid packaging, such as double or triple corrugated cardboard. Boxes can be used several times, but make sure you remove all old labels and check that the quality is good, with no holes, chips or bulges.

Avoid empty packets

Too much padding reduces the possibility of stacking. Avoid ashes that are too big for what they are going to be used for, as they risk being crushed.

Choose padding that is compact enough to prevent goods from moving. Bind printed items together. Wrap and tape together any sharp or protruding edges.

Volume weight is a formula method used to calculate the volume of packages, and this takes into account the space that packages will take up in a truck or plane.
