Are you a new RAJA customer, or have you been shopping with us for a while, but usually order by phone or email? In this article we give you some useful tips on how to easily order your goods in our online store. By shopping in the online store you become self-serve and can order exactly when it suits you.

How to get started

The first time you shop in the webshop you will need to create a user account. This gives you several practical advantages. Creating a user account is easy by clicking on My Account at the top right of the page. Here you select “New Customer” and can then register.

Tip: If you click on the “New to RAJA?” icon in the top menu, you will get a welcome offer.

When you log in to your account you will get this menu:

Here you have access to see your previous orders, your wish lists, your selected products and your possible special prices. See the menu on the left side of the page.

Under My Orders you have full access to your order history, and it is easy to find back products you have previously ordered and possibly re-order them.

Under User Reviews you can see the products you have previously rated.

How to find the right product

In the search box at the top of the page (to the right of the RAJA logo) you can search for products based on a search term, item number or product name.

You also have a good overview of our most important product categories in the picture menu that runs across the top.

When you are on a product page you can at any time see where you are in the navigation by using the breadcrumb menu at the top of the page, under the picture menu.

Tip: Do you have any regular products you usually order? Click on Quick order in the top menu on the page.

Here you can easily enter the item number of the products you want to order and put them in your shopping basket. You can also upload a .csv file with your regular products.

You can also easily repeat an order you have placed previously by going to my orders and clicking on the shopping cart icon, the same products will be added to your shopping cart.

In addition to easy ordering, the online store also includes several other useful features. One of them is easy access to our customer service team. By clicking on RAJA’s phone number at the top left of the home page, you will be taken to our service pages with a lot of useful information.

And if you want one-to-one guidance, our customer service is open on 22 51 40 00 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day. You can also use our live chat.

At the very bottom of the website you will find a bottom menu where you can find a lot of useful information, for example products in different categories like e-commerce, stock, shop etc. In addition you will find more information about the RAJA group, our environmental commitment, delivery conditions in our online shop and much more.
